The invention provides a preparation method of sodium bismuth titanate textured ceramic. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, synthesizing ceramic matrix powder by adopting a solid phase method; s2, adopting a two-step molten salt method to synthesize flaky template crystal grains; s3, mixing the matrix powder obtained in the step S1 and the template crystal grains obtained in the step S2; s4, granulating the mixed powder obtained in the step S3, and putting granules obtained after granulation into a mold and pressing into a ceramic green body; and S5, performing glue discharging and sintering on the ceramic green body obtained in the step S4, and obtaining the textured ceramic. The method is simple in process, easy to operate and low in cost, experiment cost and equipment investment are saved, and the textured ceramic high in texture degree and excellent in piezoelectric property can be prepared.
本发明提供一种钛酸铋钠织构陶瓷的制备方法，包括以下步骤：S1：采用固相法合成陶瓷基体粉末；S2：采用两步熔盐法合成片状模板晶粒；S3：将步骤S1得到的基体粉末和步骤S2得到的模板晶粒混合；S4：对步骤S3得到的混合粉体进行造粒，将造粒后的颗粒装入模具中并压制成为陶瓷生坯；S5：将步骤S4所得的陶瓷生坯进行排胶、烧结，得到织构陶瓷。该方法工艺简单、易于操作、成本低廉，节约实验成本与设备投入，能制备出织构度较高且压电性能优良的织构陶瓷。
