The invention discloses soundproof and heatproof light weight foam concrete, and mainly solves the problems that in the prior art, the produced foam concrete is bad in soundproof and heatproof effect, and non-ideal in compression resistance. The soundproof and heatproof light weight foam concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 280-310 parts of cement, 320-340 parts of river sand, 13-17 parts of glass fibers, 5-15 parts of a foaming agent, 6-10 parts of a naphthalenesulfonate water reducing agent, 10-13 parts of a propylene organic thickener, 35-40 parts of active silica, and 110-120 parts of water, wherein the granularity of the river sand is smaller than 0.8 mm. The prepared soundproof and heatproof light weight foam concrete has the advantages of being better in soundproof and heatproof effects, and extremely excellent in compression resistance.
