The invention provides a formwork system for track floor construction and a construction method of a track floor, aiming at solving a series of problems that the track floor in the prior art cannot satisfy the demands of super-flatness, super-hardness, slip resistance, low noise, anti-discoloration and the like. The formwork system comprises a relatively arranged formwork group, the formwork group and a foundation floor form an area to be poured and the formwork group comprises horizontal formworks, wherein the horizontal formworks comprise horizontal lower formworks and horizontal upper formworks, the horizontal lower formworks are fixed on the foundation floor through adjusting bolts, the adjusting bolts are all located at certain ends of the horizontal lower formworks, and the horizontal upper formworks are fixed at the other ends of the horizontal lower formworks. Through the above-mentioned special super-flat floor formwork system, the track floor can be kept to have high flatness when pouring is completed and thus the goal of super-flatness is realized.
