The invention relates to an intelligent remote-monitoring type stable-pressure compensatory negative-pressure-free water supply device. The device comprises a stable-flow compensator, a pressurizing device, a water collecting pipe, a water tap, an electromagnetic flow switch, a rear end water pipe pressure sensor, a reelable rubber joint, a check valve, water pumps, a water discharging pipe and a front end water pipe pressure sensor. The device disclosed by the invention has the beneficial effects that (1) a flow stabilizing tank and a vacuum inhibitor can be used for automatically controlling the air pressure in the flow stabilizing tank; negative pressure is generated when the liquid level of the flow stabilizing tank is relatively low, and the vacuum inhibitor is automatically started so that the air pressure in the tank is the same as the external atmosphere pressure, the negative pressure in the flow stabilizing tank is eliminated and excessive pumping and suction caused to a municipal pipe by the negative pressure can be prevented; (2) the electromagnetic flow switch on a pipeline is used for detecting the flowing of water in a water pipe, so that the water pumps can be shut down when the water is not used in the dead of night, and thus the electric charges are saved; (3) two water pumps are controlled by one frequency converter, so power consumption is reduced; (4) faults are automatically diagnosed and automatically alarmed, and interferences are automatically eliminated, so labor and materials are reduced, and the cost is greatly lowered.
