The invention discloses a sliding door buffering assembly which comprises an outer bracket, a pulley inner clamping assembly and an adjustment reversing assembly, wherein inclined chutes are formed in side arms of the outer bracket; the pulley inner clamping assembly is arranged in the outer bracket in a sliding manner; convex columns are arranged in the inclined chutes in a sliding manner; the adjustment reversing assembly comprises a gear and an umbrella-shaped screw; the gear is pivoted to one end of the outer bracket; the central shaft of the umbrella-shaped screw is perpendicular to the central shaft of the gear; the central shaft of the gear is perpendicular to the side surface of the outer bracket; an umbrella-shaped tooth disk is arranged at one end of the umbrella-shaped screw, and a threaded column is arranged at the other end of the umbrella-shaped screw; the umbrella-shaped tooth disk is meshed with the gear; the threaded column is in threaded connection with one end of the pulley inner clamping assembly. The sliding door buffering assembly has the advantages of high simplicity and convenience in mounting.
