The invention relates to the technical field of simple sliding doors, in particular to a bidirectional buffering simple sliding door. A main guide rail slidably connected with a door body is arranged at the bottom of a door frame; a buffering assembly is fixed to the top of the door body. The buffering assembly comprises a hook guide frame fixed to the door body, a telescopic buffering piece with one end fixed to the hook guide frame and a hook hinged to the other end of the telescopic buffering piece. A hook guide groove in sliding connection with the hook is formed in the hook guide frame; a hook limiting groove extending downwards is formed in the tail end of the hook guide groove; a front hook and a rear hook are arranged at the top of the hook; the front hook is higher than the rear hook; and a buffer enlightening device is fixed on the inner top wall of the door frame. When the door is used, the structure can consume the energy of the door body in the door closing state, the speed reduction buffering effect on the door body is achieved, flexible door closing is achieved, and the noise and impact force of door closing are reduced.
