The air ventilating window has the advantages that the air ventilating rate of the window is greatly improved, the thermal circulating flow in the places with large people flow, such as schools, hospitals, supermarkets and government buildings, is improved, the air ventilating condition is good, the usage rate of an air conditioner is reduced, and the energy is saved.
