The invention discloses a sheepfold ventilating window. The sheepfold ventilating window comprises an air inlet window body, a middle window body and an air outlet window body which are sequentially and horizontally arranged into a row with the non-window-face sides as connecting faces, wherein the middle window body is located between the air inlet window body and the air outlet window body. An air inlet communicated with the outside is formed in the air inlet window body, and an air outlet communicated with the outside is formed in the air outlet window body. A filter mesh inserting groove is formed between the air inlet window body and the middle window body and internally provided with a filter mesh. An exhaust fan inserting groove is formed between the middle window body and the air outlet window body and internally provided with an exhaust fan. The sheepfold ventilating window is good in ventilation effect and does not bring foreign matter in without affecting illumination.
