The invention provides a bridge deck repair waterborne polyurethane polymer mortar and a preparation method thereof. The bridge deck repair waterborne polyurethane polymer mortar comprises, in weight percent, 70.4%-74.3% of medium sands, 14.8%-15.9% of coal ash, 3%-3.6% of silicon ash, 0.2%-0.22% of naphthalene water reducers, 5.6%-8.2% of waterborne polyurethane, 0.08%-0.1% of silane coupling agents and 1.6%-2.0% of water. At normal temperature, dry aggregates including the medium sands, the coal ash and the silicon ash are firstly added into a stirrer and stirred for 2min, the waterborne polyurethane is added, stirring is continued for 1min until all the aggregates are completely wetted by the waterborne polyurethane, the silane coupling agents are added and stirred for 1min, the naphthalene water reducers are finally added, and the polymer mortar is uniformly stirred. The mortar with the waterborne polyurethane can repair bridge deck cracks and solve the problems of joint damage, bridge deck abrasion and the like, durability of a bridge structure is improved, and fine working performance of a bridge is kept.
