The invention relates to a two-component waterborne polyurethane mortar waterproof coating which comprises the following liquid materials and powder materials, and the liquid materials are prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 83-88 parts of polyurethane emulsion, 7.9-13.9 parts of water, 0.4 part of color paste, 0.35-0.5 part of a strong alkali stabilizer, 1-1.5 parts of a wetting dispersant, 0.8-1.3 parts of a defoaming agent, 0.3-0.35 part of an anticorrosive bactericide and 0.1-0.15 part of a thickening agent. According to the two-component waterborne polyurethane mortar waterproof coating, the polyurethane emulsion is applied to a mortar waterproof system for the first time, the problem of strong base demulsification of the polyurethane emulsion is solved, the bonding strength of the polyurethane waterproof coating and a base plane is improved, and meanwhile, due to the microcosmic hydrophobic structure, the water resistance of the mortar system is greatly optimized.
本发明涉及一种双组份水性聚氨酯砂浆防水涂料，包括如下液料和粉料，所述的液料由以下组分按照以下质量份数比制备而成：聚氨酯乳液83‑88份、水7.9‑13.9份、色浆0.4份、强碱稳定剂0.35‑0.5份、润湿分散剂1‑1.5份、消泡剂0.8‑1.3份、防腐杀菌剂0.3‑0.35份、增稠剂0.1‑0.15份。本发明的双组份水性聚氨酯砂浆防水涂料将聚氨酯乳液首次应用在砂浆防水体系中，解决了聚氨酯乳液强碱破乳问题，提升了聚氨酯防水涂料与基面的粘结强度，同时由于其微观疏水结构，大幅度优化了砂浆体系耐水能力。
