The invention provides a production method for Al2O3-SiO2 spherical refractory material aggregate. The production method comprises the following steps: mixing 70 to 99 wt% of alumina raw ore powder, 0.5 to 20 wt% of clay raw ore powder and 0.1 to 10 wt% of industrial alumina power so as to prepare a mixture; adding an additive accounting for 0.1 to 16wt% of the mixture and carrying out uniform mixing through stirring; putting the obtained mixture in a granulator, adding water accounting for 4 to 20wt% of the mixture with the additive and carrying out spraying under the condition that the revolving speed of the granulator is 2 to 20 RPM so as to prepare a spherical green body; putting the green body into a rotary dryer and drying the green body at 105 to 120 DEG C for 1 to 24 h; and sintering the dried green body in a rotary kiln at 1500 to 1750 DEG C for 4 to 20 h so as to prepare the finished Al2O3-SiO2 spherical refractory material aggregate. The invention has the following advantages: the utilization rate of raw materials is high; accurate raw materials are provided for the particle proportion design of a refractory material, so the waste of resources is reduced.
