The invention discloses an ecological backwater type beach protection structure. The ecological backwater type beach protection structure is a precast concrete block pressure carrier. The precast concrete block pressure carrier is provided with a bottom plate. The center of the upper surface of the bottom plate is provided with an arch structure in the length direction. The length of the arch structure is equal to the width of the bottom plate. Compared with a traditional pressure carrier, the ecological backwater type beach protection structure can effectively increase the roughness of the bed for facilitating silt sediment when the water surges to the beach during flooding for further improving beach protection effects; in addition, the precast concrete block pressure carrier is hollow for slowing down the flow resistance as well as enabling the water to flow through for further enriching the change of the flow field around the beach, and the hollow precast concrete block structure also provides activity space for aquatic animals to improve the ecological environment around the beach to some extent.
