Method for solidifying and curing dredger sludge and new dredger fill by applying cotton stalks
The invention relates to a method for solidifying and curing dredger sludge and new dredger fill by applying cotton stalks. The method performs the following steps: the cotton stalks are produced to cotton stalk bundles, are combined to form a cotton stalk cylinder, and are inserted in sludge or new dredger fill to be treated to serve as vertical drain bodies; after transverse drain bodies are laid on the surface of the sludge or new dredger fill to be treated, a layer of sealing film is covered and connected with a vacuum device, and the vacuum device is used to perform the vacuum prepressing solidification for the sludge; and after the vacuum prepressing solidification, a curing agent and a retarding agent are filled in the cotton stalk cylinder to enable the cotton stalk cylinder to become the cotton stalks for solidifying the sludge or the new dredger fill so as to finish the solidification or curing of the dredger sludge or the new dredger fill. The method can combine two functions of the early vacuum prepressing drain solidification and the later grouting curing as a whole, and uses the environment-friendly curing agent, so that the construction cost can be reduced, the construction efficiency can be improved, and the construction period is largely shortened.
