The invention discloses a method for secondarily solidifying dredger fill through mineralization/carbonization of streptomycete. The method comprises the following steps of 1, stirring and mixing streptomycete powder and the dredger fill; 2, burying a vacuum preloading system in a pumping filling area, wherein the vacuum preloading system comprises a vacuum pipe and a drain board, the vacuum pipeis connected with a vacuum extraction device and a conveying device in a switchable manner, and the drain board is connected with the vacuum pipe; 3, pumping and draining water in the dredger fill through the vacuum preloading system; and 4, conveying CO2 to the dredger fill through the vacuum preloading system. By means of the method, strength of a soil body can be improved, and permeability is lowered.
本发明公开了一种链霉菌矿化/碳化二次固结吹填土的方法，包括以下步骤：1)将链霉菌粉和吹填土进行搅拌混合；2)在吹填区域埋设真空预压系统，真空预压系统包括与抽真空装置和输送装置可切换连接的真空管道以及排水板，排水板与真空管道连接；3)采用真空预压系统将吹填土中的水分向外抽排；4)利用真空预压系统向吹填土输送CO2。该方法能够提高土体强度，降低了渗透性。
