Electric heating floor board and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides an electric heating floor board. An electric heating layer and a heat insulation layer are sequentially arranged at the back side of the floor board, wherein the peripheries of the electric heating layer and the heat insulation layer are provided with sealing strips and are connected with the back side of the floor board; and a back side decoration layer is arranged under the heat insulation layer and the sealing strips. The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the electric heating floor board. Through an edge strip pressing process, the sealing strips are arranged on the periphery of the back side of the floor board; then, a grapheme electric heating board or a carbon crystal electric heating board or a grapheme carbon crystal electric heating board and a waterproof connecting line are added into a cavity formed by the floor board and the sealing strips; next, a polyurethane foaming process is used, so that the cavity is fully filled with polyurethane; and finally, one back side decoration layer is pasted, and the cavity is completely sealed. The electric heating floor board has the beneficial effects that a waterproof effect and a heat insulation effect are achieved; the environment is protected; the energy is saved; the service life is long; and convenience and safety are realized.
