The invention discloses a heating floor board which comprises a floor board shell. Electric heating pieces and a heat-insulating layer formed by injection molding are sequentially arranged at the bottom end of the floor board shell, positioning rings are arranged at the bottom end of the floor board shell and positioned at a gap among the electric heating piece, and the bottom ends of the positioning rings extend to the bottom end of the heat-insulating layer. Through reasonable structural improvement, especially through positioning of the positioning rings, positioning and fixing of the electric heating pieces are facilitated when the electric heating pieces are laid, and the heating floor board can be prevented from displacement by pouring cement in the positioning ring in the process of use when the heating floor board is laid, so that safety of the heating floor board is improved greatly.
