The invention discloses an adjustable mortar-free floor tile and a laying method thereof. The laying is simple and rapid. The adjustable mortar-free floor tile comprises a floor tile body; a plurality of downward projections are separately formed on the back side of the floor tile body; the adjustable mortar-free floor tile also comprises a supporting assembly which is connected with the projections; the supporting assembly comprises a cylinder body with the lower end with an opening and with the inside with an empty chamber, a container, an end cover and supporting legs; the upper end of the cylinder body is connected with the projections; the container is placed in the empty chamber of the cylinder body and filled with glue and is easy to break; the end cover is arranged at the position of the opening of the cylinder body; the supporting legs penetrate the end cover to be supported on the ground; the upper end of every supporting leg is arranged in the empty chamber of the cylinder body and can move along the empty chamber of the cylinder body; the upper end of every supporting leg, which is arranged on the cylinder body, comprises a piston which is matched with the empty chamber of the cylinder body; a through hole is formed in every supporting leg along the central axis of the supporting leg, wherein the upper end and the lower end of every through hole are communicated with each other. According to the adjustable mortar-free floor tile and the laying method thereof, the construction cost is low, the speed is high, and the adjustable mortar-free floor tile and the laying method thereof are suitable for various places in which the floor tile laying is required.
