The invention relates to a centralizing structure for electricity supply and water supply of building engineering. The centralizing structure comprises a fixing seat, wherein the upper end of the fixing seat is provided with a wall body; the top end of the wall body is provided with a herringbone house beam; the surface of the herringbone house beam is provided with a tile having a wave-shaped structure; the wave-shaped structure of the tile is consistent with the direction of the herringbone house beam; the lower end of the herringbone house beam is provided with an illumination device; a reservoir matched with the tile is arranged at the outer wall of the wall body; the top of the tile is provided with a solar panel; a separation plate is arranged between the wall bodies; and an electric generating device cooperated with the solar panel is arranged on the separation plate. The centralizing structure has the advantages that through the cooperation of solar energy and the electric generating device, the solar energy is converted into electric energy, and the electric energy is applied to domestic electricity in a work shed; the tile is set into the wave-shaped structure; the wave-shaped structure of the tile is consistent with the direction of the herringbone house beam; rainwater can be conveniently discharged; the discharged rainwater enters the reservoir matched with the tile; and the rainwater is collected and is used as domestic water in the work shed.
