Disclosed is an electric pole climbing device capable of prevent falling off which relates to the mechanical field of circuit maintenance. The device herein is constructed as: two arc-shaped frames (2), each of which being fixed with climbing devices (1), the two ends of the frames (2) being respectively in fixed relation with a U-shaped connecting piece (3) which is provided with a hook assembly (4). The electric pole climbing device of the invention has the advantages of protecting employees during new-employee training and line checkup and maintenance operation, reduces hazardous factors when maintenance employees climb electric poles, and effectively prevents employees from falling off upon feet buckles sliding. The electric pole climbing device herein is characterized by simple structure, easy handling and low cost.
