The invention provdies a window regulator in which the main pulley body can be reliably prevented from detaching from a resin panel during delivery (during loading) prior to the window regulator being mounted on a vehicle door. A fitting recess (20a) for fitting a pulley assembly (30a) is formed on the resin panel (10). The resin panel (10) has formed thereon anti-slipout protrusions (22, 23) for preventing the main pulley body (31) from slipping out from the fitting recess (20a), the anti-slipout protrusions (22, 23) extending in plan view from the peripheral edge part to the center part of the fitting recess (20a) and overlapping with the main pulley body (31) of the pulley assembly (30a) fitted into the fitting recess (20a).
