METHOD OF ASSEMBLING WINDOW REGULATOR AND PANEL, ASSEMBLING BODY OF WINDOW REGULATOR AND PANEL, AND REGULATOR BODY
To provide a method of assembling a window regulator and a panel which can assemble a window regulator and a panel with a simple structure and steps, an assembling body of the window regulator and the panel, and a regulator body.SOLUTION: A method of assembling a window regulator and a panel comprises: the first step of supporting a regulator body on the upper surface of a jig by inserting a positioning pin of the jig to a first positioning hole of a drum housing in such a state that the bottom of a storage part of the drum housing faces the jig side; a second step of supporting a panel with a regulator body held therebetween by inserting the positioning pin of the jig to a second positioning hole of the panel; and a third step of temporarily fixing the regulator body and the panel in such a state that a first fastening hole and a second fastening hole are vertically aligned by inserting a temporary fixing member from the upper surface of the panel to the first positioning hole of the drum housing and the second positioning hole of the panel.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】簡単な構造及び工程でウインドレギュレータとパネルを組み付けることができるウインドレギュレータとパネルの組付方法、ウインドレギュレータとパネルの組付体及びレギュレータ本体を提供する。【解決手段】第１工程では、ドラムハウジングの収容部の底部を治具側に向けた状態で、ドラムハウジングの第１の位置決め孔を治具の位置決めピンに挿入することで、レギュレータ本体を治具の上面に支持する。第２工程では、パネルの第２の位置決め孔を治具の位置決めピンに挿入することで、レギュレータ本体を挟んでパネルを治具に支持する。第３工程では、ドラムハウジングの第１の位置決め孔とパネルの第２の位置決め孔にパネルの上面から仮固定部材を挿入することで、第１の締結孔及び第２の締結孔を上下に位置合わせした状態でレギュレータ本体とパネルを仮固定する。【選択図】図５
