The concentration of the water reducer produced by the provided system is high and can reach 99.9% or more; the gas content is less than 2%, the bleeding rate is less than 0.5%, the difference between initial setting times is 19, the difference between final setting times is 32, and the alkali content is less than 0.5%. Reactants such as allyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, maleic anhydride, polypropyl sodium sulfonate, methacrylic acid, and the like are added into the second reaction tower. Calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide are added into the pH adjustment tower.
