The invention relates to the field of solid waste treatment, in particular to a naphthalene water reducer containing distillation residues. The naphthalene water reducer comprises following raw materials: distillation residues, naphthalene oil, a sulfonating agent, aldehyde compounds, a pH regulator and water, wherein the distillation residues are solid waste generated in the production process of2-naphthol, and the sulfonating agent is a mixture of 98 wt% concentrated sulfuric acid and sodium sulfite. The distillation residues with a specific ratio are doped into the raw materials, and the sulfonating agent with a specific ratio is used to prepare the water reducer, such that the slump of the concrete is effectively improved, and the concrete has the a long-term plasticity maintaining performance. Besides, the distillation residues are used for replacing industrial naphthalene, so that the cyclic utilization of solid wastes is realized, the environmental pollution is reduced, and theproduction cost of the naphthalene water reducer is reduced.
本发明涉及到固体废弃物处理领域，具体涉及到一种含蒸馏残渣的萘系减水剂。一种含蒸馏残渣的萘系减水剂，其原料包括蒸馏残渣、萘油、磺化剂、醛类化合物、pH调节剂、水，其中蒸馏残渣是2‑萘酚生产过程中产生的固体废弃物，磺化剂为98wt％浓硫酸和亚硫酸钠的混合物。本发明通过在原料中掺入特定比例的蒸馏残渣，并采用特定比例的磺化剂，制得的减水剂用于混凝土中，有效改善了混凝土的坍落度，使其具有较长时间的保塑性能。此外，以蒸馏残渣替代工业萘，不仅实现了固体废弃物的循环利用，减少了环境污染，而且降低了萘系减水剂的生产成本。
