The invention discloses a high built crack-resistant polymer cement waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The coating comprises a liquid material ingredient and a powdery material ingredient. The powdery material ingredient comprises special cement, an active filler, a common filler, water-soluble cellulose and an antifoaming agent. The liquid material ingredient comprises a polymer emulsion, a dispersant, an antiseptic, an antifoaming agent and the balance water. A weight ratio of the liquid material ingredient to the powdery material ingredient of 10: 8-12. The high built crack-resistant polymer cement waterproof coating solves the problem that the existing coating produces sagging and wall corner cracking after coating. The coated film has smooth and fine surface, no shrinkage cavity and pinhole, high extensibility and waterproofness, high hydraulic cementing material strength, easy bonding with a wet base, a low cost, good construction performances and environmental friendliness.
