The invention relates to a mildew-proof polymer cement waterproof coating and a preparation method thereof. The waterproof coating comprises a liquid material and a powder material, wherein the liquidmaterial is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 95 to 105 parts of a quaternary ammonium salt modified acrylate emulsion, 4 to 6 parts of a liquid material additive and 0 to 40parts of water; the quaternary ammonium salt modified acrylate emulsion is prepared from polymerization monomers of n-butyl acrylate, styrene and acrylamide and functional monomers of methacryloyloxyethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride through emulsion polymerization; the powder material is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 65 to 75 parts of cement, 30 to 40 parts of groundcalcium carbonate, 30 to 40 parts of quartz powder, 2.2 to 2.6 parts of silica fume, 0.8 to 1.4 parts of sodium silicate and 0 to 4 parts of a powder material auxiliary agent. The waterproof coating has good dry film antibacterial and mildew-proof properties, is matched with excellent waterproofness and low water absorption of a coating layer, is not prone to breeding bacteria and mildew even after being soaked in water for a long time in a humid environment, and has long-acting antibacterial and mildew-proof properties.
