SrB4O7 seed crystal-containing electrical porcelain and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a SrB4O7 seed crystal-containing electrical porcelain and a preparation method thereof. The SrB4O7 seed crystal-containing electrical porcelain comprises 10-20wt% of SiO2, 10-25wt% of Al2O3, 10-20wt% of Fe2O3, 1-5wt% of TiO2, 2-10wt% of CaO, 0-3wt% of MgO, 5-15wt% of K2O, 3-8wt% of Na2O, and 2-15wt% of SrB4O7 seed crystal. The addition of the SrB4O7 seed crystal promotes the sintering process of an electrical porcelain, improves the compactness of the electrical porcelain, and substantially enhances the rupture strength of the electrical porcelain; and the addition of the SrB4O7 seed crystal also can effectively promote crystallization of a SrAl2Si2O8 phase and a mullite phase in order to substantially improve the mechanical strength of the electrical porcelain. The method has the advantages of simple and easily available raw materials, stable, mature, simple and feasible process, low cost, and meeting of practical and industrial conditions.
