The invention relates to the technical field of ceramics, particularly to porcelain clay, and a porcelain and a preparation method thereof. The porcelain clay is composed of silicon oxide, aluminum oxide and calcium carbonate. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, preparing a mixture of silicon dioxide, aluminum oxide and calcium carbonate; 2, mixing and grinding green body rawmaterials into powder, adding water, and aging to obtain a pasty mixture; 3, filtering the aged pasty mixture to obtain a green body pug, treating wet green body pug byapplying a ceramic forming process, and carrying out blank trimming, and airing or drying to obtain a ceramic green body; and 4, carrying out high-temperature firing on the aired green body to obtain the porcelain. According to theinvention, the porcelain is obtained through one-time high-temperature sintering, the manufacturing process of the porcelain is simple, and the porcelain surface produced through the method has fine frosted texture and has the advantages of being high in whiteness, extremely easy to color, free of secondary sintering after glazing and coloring, high in toughness, resistant to abrasion and good inwater permeability.
本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种瓷土、瓷及其制备方法。所述瓷土,由氧化硅、三氧化二铝、碳酸钙组成。其制备方法为:第一步制备二氧化硅、三氧化二铝、碳酸钙混合物,第二步将坯体原料混合研磨成粉加水后陈腐成糊状混合物,第三步将经过陈腐的糊状混合物过滤后得到坯体泥料,将湿坯体泥料运用陶瓷成型工艺后进行利坯、晾干或烘干后得到陶瓷生坯,第四步将晾干后的生坯经高温烧制后得到瓷。本发明采用一次高温烧结得到一种瓷,该瓷制作工艺简单,而且通过所述方法生产的瓷面呈现细腻磨砂质感,具有白度高,极易上色、不需施釉上色后二次烧制、韧度高、耐磨、透水性好的特点。
