Microwave ceramic dielectric material, preparation method and uses thereof
The present invention discloses a microwave ceramic dielectric material, a preparation method and uses thereof. The microwave ceramic dielectric material comprises 90-99 wt% of a main crystal phase and 1-10 wt% of a modified dopant, wherein the structure formula of the main crystal phase is (BaxMg1-x)(ZrySn1-y)O3, x is more than or equal to 0.82 and is less than or equal to 0.91, y is more than or equal to 0.35 and is less than or equal to 0.55, and the modified dopant is one or a plurality of materials selected from Ta2O5, Co3O4, Al2O3, MnO2 and SiO2. According to the present invention, the microwave ceramic dielectric material has characteristics of uniform particle distribution, high quality factor, near-zero frequency temperature coefficient, and excellent microwave performance, can be used for microwave devices, and provides high-performance domestic microwave ceramic material so as to effectively reduce the dependence on the import material; and the signal-to-noise ratio of the microwave device at the microwave frequency band can be effectively improved, and the heat generation probability of the device can be reduced so as to reduce the power consumption.
