The present invention discloses a composite microwave ceramic dielectric material, a preparation method and uses thereof. The composite microwave ceramic dielectric material comprises 93-98% by weight of a main component and 2-7% by weight of modified dopants, wherein the main component is aALa2(TixZr1-x)5O14-(1-a)B2Nb2O7, a is more than or equal to 0.72 and is less than or equal to 0.85, x is more than or equal to 0.88 and is less than or equal to 0.98, A is Ba or Sr, B is Ca or Sr, and the modifier dopants are two or more than two selected from Li2O, CaCO3, Y2O3, Dy2O3 and CuO. According to the present invention, the composite microwave ceramic dielectric material has a dielectric constant of more than 60 so as to meet the microwave ceramic dielectric constant serialization requirements, further has characteristics of simple process, good reproducibility, and no heavy metal, and meets environmental protection requirements.
