Method for preparing high-alumina refractory brick
The present invention provides a method for preparing a high-alumina refractory brick with prolonged service life. The high-alumina refractory brick comprises the following raw materials by weight: 20-30% of fused alumina powder, 15-20% of tabular alumina, 20-25% of alumina powder, 5-8% of magnesia powder, 5-10% of zirconia powder, 5-10% of sodium silicate, 5-8% of andalusite powder, and 2-3% of a titanium diboride additive, wherein the total amount of the raw material is 100%. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, weighing the above raw materials, adding water and mixing the, wherein the weight ratio of the raw material to water is 5-8: 1, and then uniformly stirring for 30-45min; 2, adding the stirred mixture into a mold and hammering for 5-8 min to flatten the surface, naturally placing for 2-3h, demolding, airing in the shade after for 2-3 days for firing; and 3, sintering the product to be sintered at 1700-1750 DEG C to obtain the high-alumina refractory brick.
