Composition and method of making environment-friendly flowerpot with cementing material replacing ceramic material
The invention relates to the technical field of design and making of flowerpots and particularly relates to a composition and a method of making an environment-friendly flowerpot with a cementing material replacing a ceramic material. The cementing material composition includes following components: 30-50% of cement/white cement, 5-15% of desulfurization gypsum, 2-5% of a water reducing agent, 2-10% of peat soil, 2-10% of pumice and 25-40% of water. The invention discloses the method of making the environment-friendly flowerpot with the cementing material composition. The flowerpot made from the method and through the method has following advantages: (1) a plurality of air pores are formed in a wall of the flowerpot, so that not only is the weight of the flowerpot reduced, but also the flowerpot can resist cold in winter and insulate heat in summer; (2) the cementing material composition can reduce the alkalinity of the flowerpot so that flowers can survive easier; (3) a blank body of the flowerpot is reduced in cementing time and the flowerpot is increased in hardness; and (4) the flowerpot can be decorated with aqueous pigments and is good in environment-friendly properties.
