Novel lightweight composite heat-insulation ceramic construction material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a novel lightweight composite heat-insulation ceramic construction material. The novel lightweight composite heat-insulation ceramic material mainly comprises, by weight, 40-55 parts of ceramic waste, 5-15 parts of calcium-carbonate-based waste, 1-10 parts of clay, 2-15 parts of bentonite and 6-8 parts of foaming agent, and is obtained by subjecting the raw materials in the weight part ratio to smashing, firing and follow-up treatment under a certain conditions. The novel lightweight composite heat-insulation ceramic construction material has the advantages that the ceramic waste is taken as a production raw material, so that comprehensive utilization of industrial waste, energy conservation and environment protection are achieved; the prepared novel lightweight composite heat-insulation ceramic construction material is low in cost and density, small in heat conduction coefficient, high in compressive strength and tensile strength, capable of proofing fire completely and the like.
