Lightweight heat-proof and heat-insulation integrated ceramic composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of ceramic composite materials, and discloses a lightweight heat protection and insulation integrated ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the following steps that the thickness of a core layer, the thickness of an upper surface layer, the thickness of a lower surface layer and a material system are designed, and the thickness of the upper surface layer is larger than that of the lower surface layer; preparing a ceramic composite material preform; preparing an aerogel composite material, namely carrying out supercritical drying on the ceramic composite material preform; carrying out hydrophobization treatment on the treated ceramic composite material preform, dipping the ceramic composite material preform in a tetraethoxysilane solution, taking out the ceramic composite material preform, and carrying out high-temperature treatment; clamping the treated ceramic composite material preform by using a mold, dipping in the modified silica sol, then curing, and repeatedly dipping and curing for 3-5 times; and under a vacuum condition, cracking and firing the treated preform, and cooling to room temperature to obtain the lightweight heat-proof and heat-insulation integrated ceramic composite material. The preparation period is shortened, and the preparation efficiency is improved.
本发明涉及陶瓷复合材料技术领域,公开了一种轻质防热隔热一体化陶瓷复合材料及制备方法,包括以下步骤:设计芯层厚度、上表面层厚度和下表面层厚度,以及材料体系,上表面层的厚度大于下表面层的厚度;制备陶瓷复合材料预制体;气凝胶复合材料制备,将陶瓷复合材料预制体采用超临界干燥;将处理后的陶瓷复合材料预制体进行疏水化处理,将陶瓷复合材料预制体浸渍在正硅酸乙酯溶液中,取出后高温处理;将处理后的陶瓷复合材料预制体用模具夹紧,浸渍于改性后的硅溶胶中,然后固化,反复浸渍和固化3~5次;在真空条件下,对处理后的预制体进行裂解烧成,冷却至室温,得到轻质防热隔热一体化陶瓷复合材料。缩短了制备周期,提高了制备效率。
