The invention discloses an overpass-underpass interchange suitable for a crossing, having directions A, B, C and D. The overpass-underpass interchange comprises underground pedestrian paths, lane bridges, overpass bridges, circular viaducts and a plurality of sloping ramps. The underground pedestrian paths are located below the surface of the crossing. The lane bridges are located on the ground across the underground pedestrian paths. The circular viaducts are above the surface across the lane bridges. The circular viaducts are above the ground across the lane bridges; each circular viaduct is provided with four ends outside other viaducts, corresponding to the directions A, B, C and D; each end is provided with an exit and an entry. The sloping ramps are used for connecting the other viaducts and the circular viaducts to the ground. The overpass-underpass interchange has the advantages such that land cost is saved, traffic light investment is saved, building construction and vehicle passage risks are reduced, and vehicle and passenger passing efficiency is improved.
