Non-water-seepage type self-grained plastic track
The invention relates to a plastic track, in particular to a non-water-seepage type self-grained plastic track, and aims to solve the technical problems in the prior art. According to the technical scheme, the non-water-seepage type self-grained plastic track comprises a base layer, a PU primer and black particle mixed layer, a self-grained clear pulp layer and a self-grained patterned pulp layer. The construction method of the non-water-seepage type self-grained plastic track includes: sweeping an asphalt concrete foundation and a cement concrete foundation; well mixing mixed polyurethane adhesives, catalysts and black particles, laying the mixed materials on the foundation layer; laying the polyurethane adhesives on the PU primer and black particle mixed layer to form an elastic stable layer through hole-closing foaming; spraying the polyurethane adhesives on the self-grained clear pulp layer to form grains naturally after chemical reaction. The non-water-seepage type self-grained plastic track with a three-layer composite structure is capable of reducing impacts, even in grain, good in wear resistance, good in weather resistance, durable in color, and widely applicable to plastic tracks.
