Multiple water tank assemblies (9) and cleaning nozzles (92) are arranged; the water tank assemblies (9) and the cleaning nozzles (92) are connected one by one by water pipes (91); and the cleaning nozzles (92) are installed at nozzle mounting racks (8) exposed out of the ground (2).
