The invention relates to a debris flow drainage groove, in particular to a debris flow drainage groove provided with a truss type energy dissipating sill. The debris flow drainage groove comprises flow constraining side walls arranged at the two sides of a channel and the truss type energy dissipating sill, the truss type energy dissipating sill is composed of multiple sill plates which are connected in a fold-line pattern, and the two ends of each sill plate are further fixedly connected with the flow constraining side walls; the lower portions of the sill plates are deeply embedded underground. By means of the debris flow guide groove provide with the truss type energy dissipating sill, the fabrication cost is saved by over 10%, and the management and maintenance for long-time running of a project are facilitated; compared with a transversely-penetrating type sill, the anti-scouring effect is better, the project is more durable, the sill is capable of adapting to drainage requirements for wide-range changes from a viscous debris flow to a mountain area flood breaking out in a drainage basin, the upstream and downstream relevance of aquatic organisms in the channel can be further maintained, and the ecological restoration of the channel is facilitated.
