The invention discloses an integrally reinforced type side slope lattice assembly. The integrally reinforced type side slope lattice assembly comprises a lattice body, rectangular reinforced bodies and an anchor rod which penetrates through an expansion joint in parallel, wherein the two side walls of the expansion joint are sunken inwards in the longitudinal direction of the lattice beams to form grooves for clamping the reinforced bodies, and the reinforced bodies are fixedly connected with the anchor rod; the anchor rod is used for fixing the reinforced bodies and provided with the expansion joint, so that when the lattice beams are deformed in different directions under the actions of various factors (temperature variation, creep deformation, earthquakes, and the like), the external force is transmitted to the anchored anchor rod through the reinforced bodies and acted on relatively stable rocks inside a slope body, the stress performance in different directions of the lattice beams is improved, the capacity of bending moment resistance and the like of the lattice beams is improved, the strength of the structure in the side slope reinforcing is ensured, the integral strength of the lattice beams is improved, and fortuitous major accidents are avoided.
