The anti-theft inspection well lid assembly comprises a lid body, a wellbay and a locking assembly, wherein the lid body is of an inverted-trapezoid structure, a protrusion is arranged in the center of the lower portion of the lid body, and a plurality of through holes through the lid body are formed in the lid body; two sinking grooves are formed in the top face of the lid body in a spaced mode, and each sinking groove is internally provided with two guide rails arranged oppositely, wherein a sliding block is installed between the guide rails, a hook ring is fixedly installed on the upper plane of the sliding block, and a seal cover movably connected with the upper plane of the lid body is arranged on the upper portion of the sinking groove. As a vertical disc is arranged under the lid body, and a fixing groove matched with the vertical disc is formed in the wellbay, it is prevented that the lid body is stressed to shift and break away from the wellbay, and the stability of the anti-theft inspection well lid assembly is improved; the sinking grooves with the hook rings are formed in the top face of the lid body, and therefore the lid body can be installed and moved out conveniently; as the locking assembly is arranged, the safety performance of the anti-theft inspection well lid assembly is greatly improved, the anti-theft effect of the anti-theft inspection well lid assembly is improved, and the safety of an inspection well is improved.
