The locking mechanism further comprises a first groove formed in the upper surface of the well lid, a second groove communicating with the side wall of the bottom of the first groove, a shaft hole formed in the inner wall of the second groove and communicating with the outside and a semi-cylindrical locking groove formed in the inner wall of the well frame, the first gear is installed in the second groove, and the rotating shaft is arranged in the shaft hole. The locking plate is located below the well lid and is parallel to the well lid, when the locking plate enters the locking groove, the well lid and the well frame are locked, and when the locking plate is separated from the locking groove, locking between the well lid and the well frame is released; the key mechanism is a component which is matched with the first groove and the second groove and drives the first gear to rotate.
