The invention discloses a steel beam and concrete shear wall connection joint, which belongs to a building structural component. The steel beam and concrete shear wall connection joint is mainly characterized in that a connection plate (5) is provided with a wall-side eccentric washer (7) and a beam-side eccentric washer (9); a wall-side shear-resisting bolt (8) passes through a bolt hole (11) in the wall-side eccentric washer (7) to connect an embedded steel beam (4) and the connection plate (5); a beam-side shear-resisting bolt (10) passes through a bolt hole (11) in the beam-side eccentric washer (9) to connect a steel beam (6) and the connection plate (5). When vertical dislocation happens between a concrete wall body (1) and the steel beam (6) (vertical differential deformation between the concrete wall body and a frame column), the eccentric washer rotates, relative vertical displacement finally happens to the wall body together with the embedded steel beam (4) and the wall-side shear-resisting bolt (8), the eccentric washer rotates for a certain angle and horizontally moves for a certain distance towards the steel beam (6), the vertical position is not changed, the connection plate (5) horizontally moves for a certain distance towards the steel beam (6) and the vertical position is not changed, and the horizontal position and the vertical position of the steel beam (6) and the beam-side shear-resisting bolt (10) remain unchanged.
