The invention provides wall elements (11a, 11a', 11a'', 11b) for building inner or outer walls. The wall elements (11a, 11a', 11a'', 11b) are prefabricated; a frame (20) is formed; the frame (20) comprises at least one upper level element (21) and at least one lower level element (22); the least one upper level element (21) and the at least one lower level element (22) are connected to vertical elements (23-25); the wall elements (11a, 11a', 11a'', 11b) extend in one or more planes and are arranged relative to ceiling attached elements (12, 12a, 12a') and floor attached elements (13, 13a); the ceiling attached elements (12, 12a, 12a') are installed on the ceiling (101) or a separating floor board (120); the floor attached elements (13, 13a) are attached on the floor (102). Besides, the wall elements (11a, 11a', 11a'', 11b) can be arranged vertically and/or horizontally and can be adjusted.
