Steel wrapping construction method
The invention relates to a steel wrapping construction method which is applied to a vertical large-area span hidden-frame curtain wall. The steel wrapping construction method specifically includes the following steps: 1, steel structure dimension data of the external wall of a building are measured; 2, position center lines of steel band components and partitioning control lines are snapped; 3, chemical bolts are installed, post-installing embedded parts are fixed, and a steel frame base layer is welded; 4, correction and fixing are carried out, serious-local-deformation sections are heated to be processed, and steel structure parts are riveted to through connection parts of the steel frame base layer after pre-inspection is qualified and numbering is carried out; 5, sundries such as floating dust at the spliced portions are removed, primary cleaning and secondary cleaning are sequentially carried out, and it is guaranteed that splicing is carried out within five minutes after the portions are cleaned; curtain wall silicone structural adhesives, hollow or laminated glass and multi-directional aluminum profile auxiliary frames are spliced and maintained, and scraping blackening processing is carried out on the portions needing to be shielded and hidden. The method is simple and reasonable in technological process and easy to construct, the construction quality can be well controlled, and the quality problems that steel bands are twisted, are not smooth and droop due to the deflection are solved.
