The invention relates to a structure for connecting a door panel and a cross beam of a sliding door for a freeze dryer and on-line separation and connection methods of the door panel and the cross beam of the sliding door for the freeze dryer, and belongs to the field of pharmaceutical mechanical equipment. The structure comprises the door panel, the cross beam, a pin, a C-shaped retainer ring, a sleeve and a large-headed fastening screw, wherein the cross beam is provided with a countersunk through hole; the pin is provided with an annular key groove; the pin is mounted on the door panel and penetrates through the countersunk through hole; the C-shaped retainer ring is clamped in the annular key groove; the inverted sleeve is mounted outside the pin and the C-shaped retainer ring; the large-headed fastening screw penetrates through the sleeve to be fastened to the cross beam. The separation method comprises the following steps of loosening the large-headed fastening screw located on the sleeve after the sliding door for the freeze dryer is inserted into sliding guide rails and reaches a stop position; taking out the sleeve and the C-shaped retainer ring; switching on a rising switch of the sliding door to enable the cross beam to rise to a needed height. The connection method is operated according to the reverse order of the separation method. The structure for connecting the door panel and the cross beam of the sliding door for the freeze dryer and the on-line separation and connection methods of the door panel and the cross beam of the sliding door for the freeze dryer are simple in structure and convenient in operation, and are convenient for the cleaning processing of the sliding door for the freeze dryer and subsidiary bodies thereof.
