Manufacturing method of anti-theft guardrail switch with tension spring
The invention relates to the field of the mechatronics, especially to a manufacturing method of an anti-theft guardrail switch with a tension spring. The anti-theft guardrail switch comprises a housing, a pulling chain, a tension spring, and an alarm device. The housing is a rectangular shell body; mounting salient points and mounting holes are arranged at the housing; and the tension spring, the pulling chain, and the alarm device and a contact switch are arranged in the housing. When an external force pulls the pulling chain, the touch switch sends an alarm signal to the connected alarm device; and when the external force disappears, the tension spring is retracted inwardly to return the position, and the contact switch resets and enters a standby state. The guardrail switches can be installed at the left side wall body and the right side wall body of the window and the collected alarm hosts can sends alarm information out according to set alarm program. Besides, an internet of things can be formed by a communication network to realize remote control.
