Low-calcium silicate cement clinker and preparation method of cement of clinker
The present invention discloses a low-calcium silicate cement clinker and a preparation method of cement of the clinker. The preparation method comprises the following steps: A, by selecting a calcic raw material mainly containing calcium oxide, a clay raw material mainly containing monox and aluminum oxide and a ferric oxide raw material mainly containing iron oxide as a raw material of the low-calcium silicate cement clinker, proportioning, jointly grinding and uniformly mixing the three raw materials to obtain a low-calcium silicate raw material, wherein the three raw materials in the low-calcium silicate cement raw material are by the following mass percentage: 55-60% of calcium oxide, 30-36% of silicon dioxide, 2-6% of aluminum oxide, 1-4% of ferric oxide totally 100%; B, putting the low-calcium silicate raw material at 1,050-1,300 DEG C for 30-90 minutes and cooling to prepare the low-calcium silicate cement clinker; and C, adding an excitant into the low-calcium silicate cement clinker, mixing and grinding till the specific surface area is 400-500m<2>/Kg so as to prepare the low-calcium silicate cement.
