The invention provides a preparation method of phosphoaluminate cement clinker and the phosphoaluminate cement clinker prepared by the method, and belongs to the technical field of building materials. The method comprises the following steps: (1) fully mixing a dried calcium raw material, a dried amblygonite waste residue and a dried iron raw material according to a mass ratio of (45-60): (25-35): (5-20) to obtain a mixed raw material; (2) heating the mixed raw material obtained in the step (1) to 800-950 DEG C at a heating rate of 5-15 DEG C/min, carrying out heat preservation for 30-60 minutes, heating to 1200-1300 DEG C at a heating rate of 5-15 DEG C/min, and carrying out heat preservation for 60-120 minutes to obtain a calcined product; and (3) cooling the calcined product obtained in the step (2) to room temperature to obtain the phosphoaluminate cement clinker. The mineral phase composition of the phosphoaluminate cement clinker comprises the following components in percentage: 35 to 45 percent of calcium phosphoaluminate, 30 to 40 percent of calcium sulphoaluminate, 5 to 10 percent of calcium aluminoferrite, 15 to 25 percent of calcium phosphate and 1 to 10 percent of other impurities. The raw materials are cheap and easy to obtain, the preparation process is simple, and the production cost is low.
本发明提供了一种磷铝酸盐水泥熟料的制备方法及利用该方法制备得到的磷铝酸盐水泥熟料,属于建筑材料技术领域。本发明包括如下步骤:(1)将烘干后的钙质原料、磷锂铝石废渣和铁质原料按质量比(45~60):(25~35):(5~20)充分混合,得到混合生料;(2)将(1)中得到的混合生料先以5~15℃/min的升温速率升至800‑950℃,保温30‑60min后,再以5~15℃/min的升温速率升至1200~1300℃,保温60~120min,得到煅烧产物;(3)将(2)中得到的煅烧产物冷却至室温后,得到磷铝酸盐水泥熟料。该磷铝酸盐水泥熟料其矿相组成包括如下百分比含量的组分:磷铝酸钙35‑45%,硫铝酸钙30‑40%,铁铝酸钙5‑10%,磷酸钙15‑25%,其他杂质含量1‑10%。本发明原料低廉易得,制备过程简单,生产成本低。
