Preparation method for fired brick
The invention relates to preparation technology for a fired brick, specifically to a method for preparing a fired brick from mine tailing of quartz, belonging to the field of building materials. The method provided by the invention has the following main characteristics: the mine tailing of quartz is used as a main raw material for preparation of the fired brick; the mine tailing of quartz can be used both as a plastic material for a green brick of the fired brick and as a filling material for the green brick; and nepheline mine tailing in a certain weight ratio is added into the fired brick, and the nepheline mine tailing not only functions as a filling material but also reduces sintering temperature. As the mine tailing of quartz is used as the main raw material, the industrial waste residue--the mine tailing of quartz is recycled, and the sintering temperature of the fired brick is reduced, thereby achieving the purposes of energy saving and emission reduction. The fired brick can be used as a wall brick or a ground brick and is suitable for industrial popularization and application.
