Microwave-fired muck brick and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of building materials, and discloses a microwave-fired muck brick and a preparation method thereof. The microwave-fired muck brick is prepared from the following raw materials: water and a cementing material, wherein the mass ratio of the water to the cementing material is (3-5): 10; and the cementing material is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: 80 percent to 95 percent of muck and 5 percent to 20 percent of ferroferric oxide powder. The preparation method comprises the steps of uniformly stirring the water and the cementing material to obtain a mixture, wherein the cementing material is a mixture of muck and ferroferric oxide powder; aging the mixture, and pressing the aged mixture into a green brick; carrying out microwave drying treatment on the green brick to obtain a dried green brick; and carrying out two-stage microwave roasting on the dried brick blank to obtain the microwave-fired muck brick. The problems of energy waste and environmental pollution caused by the fact that traditional raw material muck brick can only be roasted with open fire are effectively solved, the production cost of the muck brick is reduced, the production period is shortened, and the production efficiency of the brick is improved.
