Permanent magnetic ferrite material containing rare earth and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a permanent magnetic ferrite material containing rare earth and a preparation method thereof. The material is characterized by being prepared through raw materials of, by weight part, 100 to 140 of iron fine powder, 3 to 5 of barium carbonate, 2 to 3 of anhydrous strontium chloride, 0.6 to 0.9 of lanthanum oxide, 0.3 to 0.6 of boric acids, 0.4 to 0.8 of calcium gluconate, 0.7 to 1.4 of polyving akohol and the appropriate amount of water. By means of the material and the preparation method thereof, the lanthanum oxide is added, so that the sintering temperature is reduced, grains are refined, and the sintering compactness is improved; the added boric acids provide a grain fluxing and refining effect. The permanent magnetic ferrite material is simple in preparation process, rich in material source, low in production cost, good in magnetic performance, wide in application range and worth popularizing.
